Managing four properties remotely, especially in locations with connectivity challenges like the idyllic island of Fernando de Noronha, was a challenge for the group of partners based in Florianópolis.

The group's first property in Fernando de Noronha was Pousada Triângulo, which had only two rooms and was only listed on an OTA.
According to businesswoman Elizandra Soares, being present on just one platform made it "easier to manage reservations in a spreadsheet without the risk of overbooking." However, when they realized that the business could face more challenges if they expanded their presence on OTAs, the search for a management system began.
